Project Type:  Take an unfinished apartment and the owner’s required directives to convert an apartment to an AirBNB unit ready for guests.

Objective:  The owner decided to change business models to maximize profit by converting the apartment unit from an annual type lease to short term rental strategy while staying within a relatively low budget and complete the transition in a short timeframe.  The 4 bedroom, 2 bath apartment was to be fixed and furnished for guests within 2 months.   

Scope of Work:  Our directive was to take the budget of $10,000, totally furnish and outfit the space, (down to kitchen utensils and bath towels), install all fixtures and furnishings within the very tight timeframe.

Details:  The project was completed exactly on time and on budget ready for a highly profitable July the 4th rental period.
