Project Type: Update to modern standards of a 1360 sf ,1954 Florida bungalow.

Objective: The 2 bedroom 1 ½ bath house with a large family room would be converted  to a 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath, with master suite,  without going off the original footprint.

Scope of Work: This concrete block house needed (concrete) walls removed, current laundry room/storage area converted to a master bath, and family room split to create a new master bedroom and large master closet.

Details: Florida Hurricane codes were met (Hurricane resistant doors and windows), 2 tankless water heaters installed, all LED lighting, all low flow plumbing fixtures, all Energy Efficient appliances, programmable thermostat, attic insulation.  All to minimize energy usage.
